Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program
Launched in 2017, the Atlantic Immigration Pilot is a path to permanent residence for qualified foreign workers and international graduates who wish to work and live in one of Canada's four Atlantic provinces:
- Newfoundland and Labrador
- Prince Edward Island
- New Scotland
- New Brunswick
About The Program
This is an employer-driven program designed to help employers in Atlantic Canada to recruit qualified candidates for jobs that they could not find locally.
Process Of The Program
To immigrate Atlantic Canada through a pilot program, you must be a graduate from a publicly funded institution in Atlantic Canada or a skilled worker who meets the requirements of the program.
What's Required
- You should be living in abroad or already be in Canada temporarily.
- You must receive a job offer from a specific employer in Atlantic Canada to participate in the pilot.
- If you receive a job offer from an employer then you can request a copy of the employer's confirmation of the assignment, or tell them about the Atlantic immigration pilot and ask them to consider getting classified, if they haven't already done so.
